The judicial branch can be just as tyranical and corrupt as the other two branches. What happened to the first amendment?

When a person is accused, in court, they have the right to defend themselves, in court. But when attacked in the public arena, they have a right to defend themselves in that arena.

What this judge needs is whatever is the modern legal equivalent of tar and feathers: indict, try, convict...
