I have a question for parents or future parents. What would concern you the most regarding your children?

(1) They walk within a few feet of a newly discovered pipe bomb.

(2) A scary police man stops them from walking past a newly discovered pipe bomb.

If you answered (1), then you are a sane, rational human being.

If you answered (2), then you are a DC Metro policeman, or member of the Secret Service, or some other fedsurrectionist. These folks let children walk past a newly discovered pipe bomb because they didn't want to cause a panic.
